The Squires Restaurant specialises in British cuisine and has an informal lounge serving snacks, light meals and cream teas throughout the day. The lounge also serves pre and after-dinner drinks.

In the heart of Salisbury, the Mercure White Hart is also just 20 minutes to Stonehenge and 10 minutes to Old Sarum. New Forest is a short drive away.

Payment Information: You can pay in cash, or with one of the accepted cards listed above. Cheques are not accepted as a method of payment for any bookings. Throughout the year, the hotel is a popular wedding destination so please check with the hotel if you feel this may affect your stay. In December, Christmas parties take place in the hotel almost every night and there are discos running until midnight. Therefore, the hotel restaurant will close for the month and no dinner will be available. Please note that the lounge area is closed for refurbishment from 01-28 August 2011.
